A lovely vision of hope for the future...bkm
The definition of you ... young at heart!
This is very well written Stafford - it rolls off the tongue and has an interesting enjambment not often seen in the form ;) I love kaleidoscopes.
And on another reading the enjambment has disappeared - magic (or could be I've been on holidays too long) :)
Stafford,How easily we are distracted; thankfully.rel
Nice rhyming and meter; good.
This has a lovely rhythm to it :)
Such a simple, musical gem; I think it touches on my first reaction to the prompt photo, lovely, but jarring to me in my ultra-quiet world. I didn't think I could "cope" with it. Thanks for your magical perception - and for visiting my place.
instead of rose-coloured specs, perhaps we should all be fitted with your prescription?great poem
a fun bit of writing there....
Well done! I love a Kaleidoscope! Would spend hours looking at it at my Grandmothers.
Charming, fun. Thanks for the smile. =)
you can be my kaleidoscope jingle man anytime :)
Wonderful and full of joy.
And a cunningly fashioned poem, too. :)
such a happy limerick! Cheers!
Lovely and lyrical. Such a happy verse.
What nice cadence and rhyme. A paradigm shift of a different kind :o)
A lovely take on the prompt. :-)
Charming. Just like you, my friend.
Ha! I was about to leave the exact comment I see from Jinksy!
This is beautiful Stafford! :-) Did you have a Kaleidoscope when you were a tike? :-)
